Stable for 19 Exeter Street is built.

Architect: J. Pickering Putnam. It is located at 17 Exeter Street. The building is converted to a residence in 1888 for artist Frederic Vinton, who maintains a studio there that is used briefly by John Singer Sargent. The building is converted to apartments in approximately 1949.
